About Us
Emporia State University’s Student Alumni Board are the face of the university. The SAB serve as the official hosts of ESU to the student body, alumni and guests. Throughout the year, SAB network with campus partners and community leaders as well as work sporting events and assist the Alumni Association. The Student Alumni Board also host several initiatives within their organization including the Forever Hornets program that is a Student Alumni Association as well as the Traditions Keeper Program that are available to all ESU students! SAB also hosts the Homecoming Tricycle races as well as doing various community service on campus and in the community.
Basis Needs Emergency Fund
The Student Foundation Emergency Scholarship is a scholarship fund for students raised by students. Each year, the Student Alumni Board raises money for the unique fund. They also host the Traditions Keeper Program that celebrates Hornets that complete various campus traditions while at ESU. Homecoming and Senior Week are two other events the Student Alumni Board host throughout the year.
