Membership Benefits

Members are benefited by helping make decisions that can impact the school of nursing at ESU. For example, input on t-shirt and sweatshirt designs each year to better represent ESU School of Nursing. Members also have the opportunity to attend regional and national conferences: speaking with other nursing students across Kansas, listening to guest speakers, provided information on job opportunities after graduation, and attend live NCLEX review.

Projects & Initiatives

EKANS is hosting a Holiday Lunch at Cora Miller on December 3rd 1130-1330 to celebrate finishing the semester.

Recently, we set up a booth at Flinthills Mall to pass out candy to children on Halloween and provided an "operation" style activity to keep the children entertained. Next, we have adopted a family for Christmas and will donate toys, clothes, and any other items the family may need for this holiday season.
