About Us
FBLA Collegiate is the collegiate level of Future Business Leaders of America. FBLA is the oldest and largest student business organization in the world. It builds on communication, leadership, networking, and business skills for the future. Our Emporia State Chapter has been in existence for over 50 years. You do not have to be a business major to join; all majors are welcome.
Membership Benefits
Members gain leadership, business, and communication skills, but most importantly learn to organize, present, and hone their personal skills. Within the chapter, there are meetings, officer positions, community service opportunities, and fundraising events for attending yearly competitions such as nationals, which are held in different locations throughout the United States.
Projects & Initiatives
The Kansas State Conference takes place every spring, so be sure to become a member during the fall semester to participate! The 2026 National Conference will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada from June 6-8th, 2026. To attend, you must compete at the Kansas State Conference which will be held at Emporia State University on February 28th. Additionally, we explore opportunities to attend the Career Connections Conference each fall—a dynamic, high-impact event designed to connect talented students with top employers.
